Child Safety Standards

What we prohibit

Found strictly prohibits any content or behaviour that sexually exploits, abuses or endangers a child, including:

• Creating, uploading, requesting, storing or sharing CSAM.
• Grooming or attempting to meet a child for sexual purposes.
• Sextortion, sexual solicitation or trafficking of a child.
• Sexualised comments, imagery or links involving children.
• Using Found to facilitate, promote or normalise child sexual exploitation in any form.

How to report a concern

In the Found app, open the relevant profile, tap the three-dot options button, choose Report profile, select the reason and submit the report. Members may also block the profile to stop further contact.

For urgent child-safety concerns, email our designated child safety contact at studiobrittle@gmail.com. Include the Found profile ID and relevant details. Do not email, download or redistribute suspected CSAM.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement directly.

How we respond

We review reports and take action appropriate to the risk. Action may include removing content, restricting or permanently removing accounts, preventing further contact, preserving information when legally required, and cooperating with lawful investigations.

When we obtain actual knowledge of CSAM, we will act in accordance with applicable law, including reporting confirmed material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children or the relevant regional authority where required.

Legal compliance and cooperation

Found complies with applicable child-safety laws and responds to valid legal requests. These standards apply globally to all Found members and all content or interactions facilitated through the service.

Violations may result in immediate account removal and referral to the appropriate authorities. There is no exception for fictional, altered or computer-generated content that depicts the sexual abuse or exploitation of a child.
